Each module is practical, engaging, and easy to navigate, allowing learners to progress at their own pace while applying concepts immediately in their professional and personal lives.

The onboarding experience helps individuals quickly align with your culture while building a strong foundation for confident, effective leadership.​

Leadership shows up in many different ways and can be practiced by every single person whether at work, at home, or out in the community. You do not have to be the CAO of an organization, the head of a family, or the president of a club to be a leader.​ Leadership starts within you.

For leadership to be effective, a meaningful amount of self-reflection must take place. Self-reflection is not a destination to be reached; it is an ever-evolving practice. The more years of experience I gain, the more questions I have of myself and the world around me - and that's exciting! Learning is exciting. Leading is exciting.

In The Leadership Challenge (Kouzes & Posner, 2017), the authors suggest that when leaders are at their best, they:

  • Model the Way

  • Inspire a Shared Vision

  • Challenge the Process

  • Enable Others to Act

  • Encourage the Heart​

They refer to these as The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership.

These practices are the ones I held close to my heart while creating the Super Leaders Program for you. I hope you find this course engaging, meaningful, and beneficial as you continue to step into your leadership journey.
