This course is designed to help you intentionally create environments where people feel safe to speak up, take risks, and contribute their best ideas without fear of judgment or reprisal. Strong teams and organizations are built on trust. When individuals feel heard, valued, and secure, teams naturally become more resilient, engaged, and high-performing. In this module, you will learn how to: • Identify and retain good talent. • Create a positive work environment that will foster ideas. • Implement five steps for promoting psychological safety. Throughout this learning pathway, you’ll explore practical strategies, real-world scenarios, and reflective exercises that help you foster trust, encourage open dialogue, navigate conflict constructively, and support inclusive participation. You’ll learn how to recognize barriers, build confidence in others, and create a culture where every voice matters.
