In this 6-hour, in-person 'dig deeper' workshop your entire team will engage with their colleagues to examine how they relate to each other. This session helps teammates apply their insights and turn personality differences into performance advantages.

The Training
Our training focuses on applying SDI 2.0 results to real-life work situations and relationships.
With a greater understanding of their motives, your team will learn to access a wider array of strengths, making them more adaptable —and successful—in dealing with others. Individuals will learn how to apply their various strengths towards a shared outcome.

Learn how to express views and be heard by people whose motives are different from yours. Choosing the right strength for the moment changes everything.
