After completing individual Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) Assessments, we will walk each participant through their individual results in these 1.5 hour virtual sessions.
The Assessment covers motivations, strengths, and how to deal with conflict to improve communication, collaboration and inclusion - virtually all aspects of work that involve interpersonal interactions.

The SDI 2.0 produces four interrelated views of a person. During our one-on-one virtual sessions, LTB Leadership will offer a comprehensive understanding of your workplace personality through these four views, enhancing your self-awareness.
