SUPER LEADERS is a four part program designed to build stronger teams, improve communication, and help teams recognize and deal with conflict. Organizations can invest in all or part of this program.


PLAN
SELF-ASSESSMENTS
After completing individual Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) Assessments, we will walk participants through their SDI Assessment reslts in this 1.5 hour session. The assessment covers motivations, strengths, and how to deal with conflict to improve communication, collaboration, and inclusion - virtually all aspects of work that involve interpersonal interactions.

TEAM BUILDING
DO
Your entire team will engage with their colleagues in this 6-hour, in-person workshop. Together you will learn more about each other including what your motivations are, what triggers you into conflict, how and why you use the strengths you use. You will learn how to effectively communicate with each other and how to support one another, leading to an overall stronger team.



REVIEW
TEAM CHARTER
In this 6-hour in-person workshop, you will work together within your organization to create a living document that determines shared values, a vision statement, how the team will deal with conflict as a group, and most importantly, how the team agrees to work together in the future.

Consisting of nine, 3-hour in-person workshops that cover a variety of topics, this program is designed to build your Super Team. You will learn how to inspire loyalty and motivation, develop productivity and efficiency, build strong more meaningful connections, and transform your team - and your organization - for the better.
