I recognize that I live, work, and play on unceded traditional First Nation territories and respect the histories, languages, and cultures of First Nations. I reside on the traditional lands of the Komox First Nations, on the land of the Kwakwa̱ka̱ʼwakw speaking people.

I am so happy for you to come and share your story and help these Indigenous women that I am helping. It gives me so much joy to motivate and inspire them so that they know they can do this - and you are helping me influence them.

Every time Lana coaches me, she helps me remember who I am and that I define my own purpose. I always leave feeling more grounded and better prepared to take the next step. Her warmth, good humour, and supportive presence have helped me keep perspective when thinking through some tough situations.
